Hey guys! This is Gaby speaking, oops… I mean writing. Last month was the coolest holiday everrr!! Many super duper amazing things happen and I feel soooo happy! Since the holiday was like 2 months long, I spent my holiday in 2 countries. Yes, readers, it is beloved Jakarta and Singapore.

Walking Disaster
My friends and I went to various malls in Jakarta. Some of them are Plaza Senayan, Senayan City, Puri Mall, Taman Anggrek and Grand Indonesia. We’ve got so many things to do, from eating lunch together until watching movies in the cinema while throwing random stuff to the projector just for fun! Yes, that is one from thousands of definitions of a walking disaster. My friends and I can be really really crazy. And of course, we took some pictures too! In the toilet, in the cinema, in the restaurant, well, simply everywhere!

Computer @ Home
When I’m not in the mall with my friends, I will be at my home sweet home with my other half–my computer. My computer (which I call Greg-chan, or Greg or Greg-kun) had been a part of my life since I got addicted to it, which was…. err… a few years ago? Anyway, Greg helps me update my status in Twitter, play games and write on walls in Facebook and ask questions to my beloved Uncle Google. Thanks, Greg! Oh, and there is also my doll named Siduck who sits beside Greg. Yes, he is a toy duck and I love him!

UNIQUELY SINGAPORE

Merlion Day
Yes! After a few weeks stuck in the middle of polluted Jakarta, I finally escaped to Singapore. I just arrived in Changi Airport Singapore when my phone rings. It appears that I just received a text message from my best friend, Michelle. She said that she and the others are in Sentosa and if I want to join, I better come quick before they missed me too much! Kidding, I mean before I missed the fun they’re having at that time. I quickly told my parents who then rush and took me there. I looked for my friends and ‘found’ them in Subway. We chit chat first in Subway, then went for a game called Desperados in which we have to shoot the bad guys on the screen. My friend, Moses, got the highest score! God, he was super duper good. Then, it was time for them to watch Songs of the Sea, while me? I’ve watched it begore and didn’t like it so much so I went home.

Night Safari
That was my second time I’ve been in Night Safari. The first time I was like 4 years old and I was too dumb to understand what animals are and what are their differences. I don’t remember at all being in the Night Safari at that age, though. I just know because my parents told me. So anyway, I went with my father, mother, sister and grandfather. But my grandfather did not get inside the Night Safari since he got some business to do.

We rode a very long tram. There was also a guide in each tram that explains about the animals. Unfortunately, my guide had a kind of a Japanese accent or something. It was really weird. But I understand it anyway.

On the way, my mother kept saying how great and understanding Singapore is since even though it is nighttime, there are plenty of lights so that we could see the animals clearly. There are so many kinds of them. Lions, deers, bats, bulls, squirrels, etc. The deers are so beautiful, especially those with the white dots on their back. Too bad we can’t take pictures of them. We were not allowed to use flash since it scares the animals. And my camera is too lousy to take a picture in the dark.

Hehehe. Lagi iseng aja ama judul-judul postingan. Emang sih, kedengerannya rada-rada aneh, tapi ya sudahlah. Namanya juga blog orang aneh, pasti judul-judul dan isinya juga aneh. Wkwkwk. To the point ajah.. GW UDAH NONTON HARRY POTTER 6 LOHHH!!! Yayyyyy!!!~ Pas tanggal 16 July, di mana gw ada di Singapur dan Jakarta. Hah? Singapur ama Jakarta? Maksut? Iya, jadi paginya gw di Singapur, malemnya di Jakarta. Hehehe.

Jadi 2 hari sebelom film Harry Potter ini ditayangkan di Singapur, gw minta temen gw tercinta yang amat sangat haitek ini untuk memesan 3 tempat di bioskop yang menayangkan Harry Potter. Kasian juga sih dia, karena dia harus nyari jam tayang yang paling pagi gara-gara siangnya gw harus ke Changi untuk pulang ke Hometown gw tercinta. Tapi biarin ah, dia yang nawarin juga ini. xP

Dan, hebatnya! Dia menemukan tempat yang amat sangat bagus sekali. Tepat di tengah dan di depan pas layarnya. Mantab! Gw sampe pengen nangis terharu. Huhuhu. Repot amat sih lo sampe mesen-mesen tiket sama booking tempat dulu pas pelm langsung mulai. Nyabar aja, kenapa?! Yup, pikiran itu yang mendadak meleset di kepala gw. Err.. Yah, jawaban gw gampang aja sih: GAK TAHAN.

Plis deh ya, Harry Potter tuh dah gw tunggu-tunggu sejak taon lalu. Ternyata diundur, itu pun gw udah sabar-sabar nungguin. Nggak mungkin gw melepaskan kesempatan emas, eh platinum aja deh, ini! Gila aja lo. Dan gw memang beruntung. Ternyata tiket Harry Potter langsung abis. Untung gw beli saat itu, coba kalo nggak gw pasti nunggu seminggu lagi baru bisa nonton dengan tenang.

Anyways, ceritanya oke-oke aja. Meskipun yang di buku jauh lebih bagus. Iya lah, bukunya kan tebel banget dan detil banget, sedangkan kalo pelmnya persis di buku, bisa-bisa baru selesai setelah 8 jam. Hahaha. Lumayan banyak juga perubahan. Contohnya di buku kan yang Harry Potter ngeliat masa lalu di the Pensive ato apalah namanya itu ada banyak banget, sedangkan di pelmnya cuman 3 kali. Dan yang ketiga kalinya pun cuman ulangan dari yang kedua tapi diubah dikit karena ternyata yang kedua itu ‘fake’ alias palsu.

Pelmnya yang keenam ini pun menurut gw adalah pelm yang paling kocak dari pelm-pelm Harry Potter sebelumnya. Di sini, para tokoh lebih menunjukan sense of humornya. Dan percintaannya pun lebih banyak. Intinya, lebih lucu dan lebih romantis. Hehehe. Yes, it is soooo my genre. Comedy, romance, fantasy and adventure. Tapi karena gw udah baca bukunya duluan, pelmnya jadi terasa beda. Jadi ya rada gimana gitu… Hehehe

Ceritanya sih gitu-gitu aja. Mengenai Harry Potter di Hogwarts membantu Dumbledore mengalahkan Voldemort. Dan Draco Malfoy yang super ganteng abis ajigileeee pengen jadi Death Eater kayak bapaknya tercinta. Nah, di Harpot yang keenam ini, yang jadi Potions teachernya adalah temen Dumbledore bernama Horace Slughorn. Sedangkan Snape jadi Defense of the Dark Arts teacher. Pada saat pelajaran Potions, Harry Potter mendapatkan buku yang dulu dimiliki oleh the Half Blood Prince.

Apa sih yang spesial dari bukunya? Di buku tersebut, banyak banget coretan-coretan koreksi. Karena koreksi tersebut, Harry jadi dikenal sebagai seorang yang jenius di Potions oleh Cornelius Fudge. Dumbledore menyuruh Harry mendekati Fudge karena ada yang harus diminta Harry dari Fudge. Ada yang bisa nebak apa benda tersebut? x)

Di sini juga dibuka rahasia kenapa Voldemort walaupun udah dibunuh berkali-kali tetep aja idup. Juga mengenai hubungan cinta Ron dengan Lavender Brown. Ada yang bisa nebak siapa yang bakalan cemburu dengan kenyataan tersebut? Hihihi, nonton aja pelmnya yahh~

Btw, setelah gw nonton pelmnya, gw jadi ngefans abis sama Tom Felton! Tom Felton itu yang maenin tokoh Draco Malfoy di Harry Potter. Dulu pas masih Harry Potter 3, gw sih cuman sekedar nganggep Tom Felton tokoh yang paling ganteng di Harpot, sekarang gw cinta mati deh ama dia! Sumpah ganteng bangetttt!!!

Jujur, posisi Taylor Lautner sebagai my number ONE male actor jadi tergeser. Hehehe. Sekarang di peringkat pertama adalah Tom Felton. Taylor Lautner jadi nomer 2. Huhuhu, maafkan diriku Taylor, cintaku, tapi aku sudah terpikat oleh pesona Tom. Kau harus lebih memikat yah laen kali.

Hey, it’s been so long since I’ve post in English. Because today I’ve got no school and I don’t have anything to do, I decided to write this post in English. I know I know, my English is soooooo incredibly amazingly terrifyingly bad, but whatever. It’s my blog and I write what I want. Bweeekkkk!

Hehehe. Peace. So yea, I’m gonna admit a few things here. I’ve been reading sooo many romance novels recently. And that may be the cause why I’ve been so overly dramatic these days. Does not mean that is a bad thing. My friend, let’s call her Minnie, had this boyfriend girlfriend problem. She asked me and Nikki (fake name) for help. Well, seriously, I’ve never been in a relationship before so I don’t know what to do.

Suddenly, all the shitty romantic words from the novels I’ve read were there, in my brain. And without me, 100% realizing, I typed the words Minnie should say to her boyfriend. Oh and Goddammit! It was really romantic. Correction. TOO romantic. Minnie is not the kind of the girly girl who likes to say romantic lines. She is more to the funny girl who can be really shy to say those romantic words at times. And hey, I’m usually the same type as her.

So guys who are like me, be careful when you read too many romance novels. You’ll turn into a dreamy girl before you realize. And now (even worse) I’ve been envying the characters in the romance novels I’ve read. Damn damn damn…… Come on, Gaby!! They’re NOT REAL! Aaaarghhhh!!!!

Yes, I do have a crush on somebody really HOT whom I called Ijo since sec 1. And yes, I’m so crushing on him that I don’t want him to be close to other girls. Yes, I admit that I want to be his girlfriend. But no, I don’t want to be the one who makes the first move. I feel like Ijo does not have any special feelings for me and that makes me kinda desperate.

It is really depressing to see that the someone you like does not like you back. But then some of my friends said that Ijo DOES have a crush on me. I don’t know, it can be either they’re trying to make me happy, or it really is the real thing. I don’t want to get my hopes too high though. I’ll just wish.

But all the romance stories I’ve read make it even worse. All those authors make love so easy to get! And almost all of them have happy endings. But in real life, will love really be that easy? Is saying those 5 magical words make you have a relationship with someone you love? FYI, the 5 words is ‘Will you be my girl/boyfriend?’

I’ve always wanted Ijo to come to me and say how he likes me a lot. But hey, that never happens. I’ve always wish that someday, Ijo will realize me and text me good night everytime he wants to sleep (like what lovers usually do in most romance novels). All those romance novels makes me want Ijo more. It’s like they have a spell that makes me like Ijo and think about Ijo even more that usual.

And other than that, it makes me more addicted to romance novels too. Wew. This is bad… I do love romance novels, but too much lovey dovey will make me throw up. Seriously. It’s so tawdry and naive and yet so interesting and heart-flattering too…

Whatever… I don’t wanna say more. Well, the purpose of this post itself is to inform that I’ve just been turned into a dreamy gal because I’ve read too many romance novels these days… Well I guess this is the end. Sorry for this so-not-important post.

Hey people! Hari ini ultah adek gw tercinta loh! Namanya Gina. Biasanya gw panggil dia Nul (Dari Ginul), Gendut ato Buji-Buji. Iya, gw tau nama-namanya aneh semua. Tapi karena gw yang ngarang nama-namanya, maka nama itu jadi KEREN. Yah, biasalah, gw kan keren, jadi nama yang gw karang juga otomatis keren dong.

Adek gw ini adalah anak yang gembrot banget tapi pemalu. Kadang, saking malunya ama orang, kalo ditanya malah nyengar nyengir kayak orang gila. Sampe orangnya nanya ke nyokap gw ‘Ini, anakmu bisa ngomong kan?’. Bahahahaha!! Tapi sumpah deh, gw bener-bener nggak nyangka kalo adek gw tercinta ini sekarang udah berumur 8 taon. Padahal rasanya baru aja kemaren dia ngerayain ultahnya yang ke-5. Hahaha.

To the point, hari ini acara ultah dirayain di Hotel Mulia. Tepatnya di Restoran Edogin. Karena nyokap kasian ama gw, maka dia undang 1 temen gw yang bernama Chilli (nama samaran). Gw ama Chilli ini cuman ngobrol-ngobrol doang sih.

Obrolan kita sih cuman gitu-gitu aja. Kira-kira kayak gini:

Chilli: Tuh! Emang! Dari dulu gw dah bilang kalo si Udin naksir ama Selina! Yang laen pada nggak percaya!
Gw: Iya, gw juga pertama nggak percaya. Abis gw gak sekelas ama lu sih! Jadi gw gak tau gerak-gerik Udin ke Selina kayak gimana.
Chilli: Iya, firasat gw tuh udah kayak gitu. Buktinya waktu itu, gw punya firasat kalo si Roger bakal nembak si Anita abis perpisahan. Eh, ternyata beneran terjadi. Emang sih, beda 1 hari, tapi kan deket!
Gw: Hmm.. Kan lu pinter, punya firasat ampir selalu tepat, nah, kalo gw ama Ijo gimana? Menurut firasat lu gw bakal jadi ama Ijo gak?
Chilli: Gab, sori yah.. Tapi menurut gw, lu ama Ijo tuh nggak cocok. Ijo tuh cueknya setengah mati. Sedangkan lu tuh bukan cewek kayak gitu.
dan blablabla…

Sehabis ngobrol-ngobrol, gw ama Chilli diajak ama nyokap gw untuk ikutan Clay Art. Jujur, tangan gw ini nggak bisa diajak kompromi banget. Jadi kalo gw mau ngebentuk claynya jadi bulet, pasti akhir-akhirannya malah jadi lonjong. Hasilnya pun jadi yahh, begitulah. Inilah gambarnya:

Oh! 1 lagi, hari ini gw pake ROK loh. Gw ulangin, ROK. Lagi ahh, ROK! Bukan Rock ‘n’ Roll ato batu yah, tapi ROK as in ’skirt’ yang biasanya gw cuman asal liat kalo lagi window shopping ama nyokap di mall. Dan hasilnya adalah seperti ini…
